What does the shop subscription cost and how is it billed?

If you restart your subscription later — after a cancellation, say — the regular price applies, not the introductory price again.

Pedalia doesn't charge a commission on bikes you sell — only the flat monthly fee. Unlimited live listings, with no cap on how many bikes you show.

Billing is monthly in advance and renews automatically until you cancel. You pay by card or SEPA direct debit through an external payment provider; Pedalia never stores full card data. The first charge happens once your shop is verified — nothing before that.

You manage your payment method and invoices in the payment portal, opened from your dashboard's billing page.

From the first failed payment, your shop page and listings are offline until a payment succeeds again. You'll get an email and should update your payment method on the billing page. If every retry fails, the subscription ends — you can restart it from the same page whenever you like.

If prices change, we announce it in advance; the new price applies from your next invoice. You can cancel before then. Details are in the Terms and Conditions.
