What does verifying my shop need?

We review and verify your shop. This is a manual check and usually takes 24 to 48 hours.

What we need for it

your business name,
your VAT (UID) number, in the correct format for its country (e.g. ATU + 8 digits in Austria),
a phone number,
an address with postal code and city,
a saved payment method.

What happens on approval

Nothing is charged before approval. Once your shop is approved:

your subscription starts at the introductory price, and the first month is charged,
listings in the “In Moderation” status go online automatically,
prepared listings (for invited shops) stay unpublished until you publish them yourself — see “How do I publish my prepared listings?” for more.

If your shop is rejected

You'll get an email with the reason. Correct your details in the dashboard, then resubmit your shop for review with the “Resubmit for Review” button. Saving alone doesn't resubmit it.
