How do I register my shop?

Setting up a shop account takes four steps: register, confirm your email, fill in three sections of your profile — and your shop goes into review automatically after that.

1. Register

On the registration page, choose the “Shop / Business” account type. At this point all we need extra is your shop's name.

2. Confirm your email address

We'll send you a confirmation link by email. Once you've confirmed it, you can already create listings — they show the status “In Moderation” (Waiting for shop verification) and go online only once your shop is verified and your subscription is active.

3. Complete three sections of your dashboard

Business details: name, VAT (UID) number, phone number — website, description and logo are optional.
Shop address, with postal code and city.
Payment method: card or SEPA direct debit — nothing is charged before your shop is approved.

Settings (e.g. your default VAT rate, delivery) aren't needed for review.

4. Review starts on its own

Once all three sections are complete, your shop goes into review automatically — there is no separate submit button for it. For what happens next, see “What does verifying my shop need?”.

Invited shops

If we invited your shop, you instead open the link in the invitation email, see the profile we prepared, and claim it. A guided setup then walks you through the same steps. For your prepared listings, see “How do I publish my prepared listings?”.
