Listing your bike as a private seller is free. All you need is an account with a confirmed email address.
Under Create your own bike listing, a wizard walks you through seven steps:
Your listing goes online once you save the last step and every required field is filled in. The location step refuses to save until it's complete, and tells you exactly what's missing.
Once it's live, your listing stays online for 60 days. You can have up to 3 listings live at the same time for free; any further listing waits until a slot frees up.
Links and web addresses aren't allowed in the description and are removed automatically. Describe your bike in your own words instead — contact details belong in the messaging feature, not in a listing.
